Here is a Step by Step guide to do that!
- Insert a New Slide with a Title only layout
- Enter the Title of your choice
- You will need to have a Control Toolbox toolbar displayed. To view the Control Toolbox toolbar choose View > Toolbars > Control Toolbox

- Click on the hammer and Spanner button on the toolbar and choose Shock wave Flash Object

- Draw the size of Video you'd like to appear on the slide
- Right-click on the object that you just drew and then choose Properties

- Minimise the PowerPoint Application and open Web Browser.
- Go to YouTube website and search for your video
- Copy the web address from the address bar of the Web browser

- Maximize PowerPoint window
- In the Properties Dialog box Paste the link on the Movie box

- In the link that you just pasted delete "Watch?" and also replace "=" with "/"
- Close the Properties Dialog box
- Run your show and it should work perfectly
I hope you enjoyed this session and will benefit from this
Please note that for the above mentioned feature you do need to be connected to the Internet while presenting. There is however, another method where you can embed a YouTube without having Internet connection! That is for another day! :)
